Pope’s Letter
In response to the recent
letter from the Pope to the Catholics of Ireland, you are invited to come to a
unique meeting on Tuesday 22nd June, 2010 at 7.30 pm in the old library room in
the community hall. This meeting is organised by the parish council and gives
you an opportunity to voice your opinions and comments within a safe
environment.
Members of the parish council and those involved in ministry in the parish
discussed the Papal letter already. Many appreciated this opportunity. The
meeting is an opportunity for the wider parish community to discuss the Papal
letter, give your opinion and hear the opinion of others.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 22nd June at 7.30pm in the Library Room,
Community Hall, Station Road.

Copies of the Pastoral
letter are available in the Sacristy and the Parish Office.
Eucharistic Procession
Thanks to all those who
took part in the Eucharistic Procession, the Committee and volunteers who helped
to arrange and make it a successful occasion, the Altar Servers, Choir, First
Holy Communion Children, Sacristan, Scouts, Ballinora Red Cross, those who led
us in the Rosary, thanks also to the Gardai.
Spring Dues
The priests of the parish
would like to thank you for returning the Spring Dues Envelopes. Your continued
support is much appreciated.
Peter’s Pence Collection
The annual Peter’s Pence
collection will be taken up at all Masses next weekend. Please place your
donations in the envelopes provided.
